If group training is not for you, we have personal trainers ready to help you. Personal training is designed specifically for you and your needs. You may need a personal trainer to help you get in shape for a specific sport or for your post injury rehabilitation. Some of our clients just want us to keep them accountable.Meet Certified Personal Trainer: Danica Ansardy:Danica opened Altitude in May, 2009. Fitness has been a life long passion for her. She attended Springfield College, and graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology. While there she played Varsity Lacrosse and enjoyed many successes such as Eastern College Athletic Conference (That's from the tip of Maine to North Carolina) player of the week, New England Men's and Woman's Athletic Conference player of the Year. She also broke 3 school records. After graduating she moved to Denver.
Upon moving to Denver, Danica quickly built a strong personal training business. Her passion and fitness expertise has given her the opportunity to open Altitude Peak Fitness. She combines her knowledge from the classroom and experience from the playing field to deliver a balanced and fun program for all ages. Danica educates, challenges, and offers a safe and diverse training program for personal training clients of all fitness levels. Danica is a certified personal trainer, TRX Certified, Kettlebell Certified, Johnny G Spin Certified.

Meet Zeron Flemister: Altitude Peak Fitness is thrilled to have Zeron Flemister as a personal trainer and teaching every Monday at the 11:45am bootcamp class. Zeron attended the University of Iowa, earned a degree in Health, Leisure, and Sports Studies and has a number of Football accolades during his four year scholarship. After graduating, Zeron played 6 seasons in the NFL. He was a four year started for the Washington Redskins, New England Patriots, and finished his career at the Oakland Raiders.
Zeron leverages his knowledge of athletics and applies it training individuals of all fitness levels from professional athletes, high school athletes training for an upcoming season (or athletes looking to get into college), to someone who has never worked out before.
